Wow what a great day it was! The weather cooperated this year and our little village was bursting at the seams with fairgoers. The Turkey Fair committee would like to thank everyone involved – the volunteers, the performers, the vendors, the special guests and especially the patrons, because without all the great people that come every year, we wouldn’t have such a great fair. See y’all next year on September 19, 2015!

We finally made it to the Fair and really enjoyed it. A nice drive from the cottage on Charleston Lake. Very impressed with the town itself. Lots of potential and some beautiful old homes all on huge lots. We will bring the granddaughters next year. Well done!

Hi I was a vender for the first time this year at the Lyndhurst Turkey Fair and had a wonderful time. My table had the Shower Diaper Cakes and Wedding Towel Cakes and the Intarsia made by my Dad – Wes Desjardins. I thought it was going to rain at first but it held off except for the wind. Met a lot of wonderful people and friends I haven’t seen in a while and received lots of feed back from my display. A lot of hard work went in to this Festival and I thought it look well organized. Thank you for letting me be a part of it.

According to all reports it was— GREAT—. MY SISTERS MAKE SURE IT IS MARKED EVERY YEAR ON THE CALANDER & ON THE 3RD SAT IN SEPT down they come …. This year it was 4 generations that came youngest 4 oldest 67 & had a ball…They seem to think it gets better every year…. love the silent auction —–& selection of food–along with so many home made items. When they left they were still praising it & the time they had … (also made reservations for next yr.)They come from—- Oshawa—Missasagua—-Toronto
